Very professional, kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and informed throughout.
The Hospice environment is very relaxing and bright with an excellant cafe.
The end stage care for my sister gave the family quality time to spend with her.

People listening to you, and also the support given on any chosen topic you wished to discuss. An example being that I could not sleep and a support rest for the bed was delivered within 3 days. My out of the arc walking stick replaced straight away. Carers had time, along with nurses and specialists to listen to your problems.
